We also provide staffing solutions to group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and Jail facilities.

  • We hire the most qualified employees, have confidence in our comprehensive employee training program and a system that matches employees skillset with the most compatible client.
  • All home care cases are carefully monitored and supervised by a professional Prime Care supervisor.
  • Periodic quality assurance visits are performed to assure service quality.
  • Family members are updated regularly on home care services and essential home care issues.
  • Prime home care verifies, updates, and maintains all necessary licenses and certifications for all home care staff.

Long Term Care Insurance, Medicaid

Our agreement requires a two-week deposit upfront for anticipated service. After that, you will be billed on a bi-weekly basis. A bill is forwarded for approval, and you can pay by check or credit card.

  • We always have back-up caregivers on-call 24/7 should the need for replacement arise.
  • Our employees are covered with insurance should there any criminal activities or damage to your property.
  • Worker’s compensation insurance covers all our employees, so you are not responsible for medical bills and lost wages if the worker is injured in your home.
  • We pay all the payroll and FICA taxes so that you are not exposed to legal liability
